    Onsite and remote support 5 days a week

    Our technicians can help you with any of your computing needs.  Many of your computing needs can be solved remotely. Heres how it works:

    1. You call us and describe your problem.
    2. We create an "online meeting" and instruct you how to connect.
    3. You connect to our "online meeting".
    4. We start troubleshooting your computer through the "online meeting".
    5. You are free to do other things or you can stay and watch our technician work on your computer.
    6. We verify all work done on your computer.
    7. Both of us disconnect from the "online meeting" once your problem is resolved.

    Sometimes a problem is more complicated or requires that one of our technicians must be onsite to resolve the issue. The perfect example: the computer doesn't work at all! Obviously remote support won't work if your computer refuses to turn on! We have three options available to our customers for onsite and offsite computer repair.

    • You can bring your computer into our shop.
    • Our technicians can visit your site.
    • We have a pickup and delivery service for computers that will need special attention.
